RecommendedWe just got our gutters replaced and 8 new windows installed. I thought the price was very fair and so far we are pleased with both. When calling to Windows Plus everyone who answered the phone was very polite. After the windows and gutters were installed they was no remnants of material to be found.I would highly recommend Windows Plus!
Went to windows plus to do a simple patio door replacement. They tired to talk me into something other than I wanted, yet we scheduled a in home consultation anyway. Well that was a month ago, and I am still waiting for my quote from Windows Plus.
Well, I have nothing nice to say about this window plus company. They attempted to put in my doors and never finished because they said they are not going to fit. I saved a great deal of money and thought they were a good place to go. WRONG! This has to be the most unprofessional outfit that one ever dealt with. Not only did they not put doors in properly, there is no brick molding around the door, no threshold, and they have a very large opening so the doors do not meet and keep air out, and I have to get another person the... read more
Windows Plus We decided to have our windows replaced at the house because our old windows needed to be updated and replaced. We called Windows Plus for an estimate and they came out to my home and took measurements of my windows and they quoted us a good price. We are going to have our windows replaced soon. Their customer service and their contractors were all very nice people.
WaterDamage Why do we have to give any stars? In August of 2009, my husband and I contacted WindowsPlus to repair and replace our roof, gutters and fascia board (the wood that holds the gutters to the house). This was a HUGE mistake! We have had constant water damage to the house since they "fixed" our problem. Our daughter is no longer able to sleep in her room (second floor) due to the stench of mold caused by the sever water damage. Windows Plus was a pleasure to work with. The installers Anthony & Chip did a fantastic job of replacing our old drafty windows. The new Simonton windows have already saved us about 30% on our heating and cooling costs. I would highly recommend Windows Plus to anyone considering improving their home.
