I had Windows Plus replace my old windows and while Cliff was friendly and very responsive when it came to getting the windows initially installed, as soon as I started to run into issues with the windows, he was impossible to get a hold of. After trying to get my windows looked at for 4 months, I eventually had to go directly to the manufacturer to get the windows replaced.
