I had windows and more install new windows in my home. Overall most of the windows are fine and keep the weather out. However, I have one that keeps letting snow, rain, and overall the outside conditions into my home. I've tried contacting them for about a month now with no luck on them picking up or calling me back. They originally said they would call me back after they talked to their supplier and now im getting the run around with no updates from the company. Best windows and workers around!!
Did not stand behind product, boots continuously broke, blamed me. Then told us to contact company. I did detail list of each window. Then sent us a bag of parts and told us we have to find a contractor to fix them and pay them. I have 9 windows and none work properly and one or 2 has spots between the pains. I have called repeatedly with no return call. They have a hateful attitude. I owed a home with 27 windows in them for 21 years not one issue with one window. I would not recommend them to anyone.
This is the third time I have used them for replacement windows. We love the windows and the great knowledgeable installation crew.
The widows are beautiful and energy efficient. The installers were courteous and professional. The time to get the widows from payment to installation was very long. The installers accidentally broke our fiber optic cable and we had to contact the company for a repair. We are hoping Windows and More will cover any cost for repairs. There was also some scuffing on the widow sill for the large window.
