Every window delivered—measured by a Windows and More representative—arrived in good condition. However, during installation by our contractor, it was discovered that each window exceeded the corresponding rough opening by a minimum of one inch. The most significant discrepancy was a unit that measured five inches wider than the framed opening. This situation is extremely concerning. From the sales staff to the install crew we had a great experience from start to finish! High attention to detail, did what they said they would do, cleaned up at the end of each day, and very respectful crew. Oh and great quality windows! We couldn't be happier! All was excellent except for my misunderstanding of billing

Aleena went above and beyond all expectations to secure my Emtek warranty replacement- I am amazed - Thank you ! Always friendly and professional. Your front desk girl in the Atlanta Beach location however is quite the opposite. Not friendly at all.
