Do NOT I repeat do NOT rent loft #305. The owners of this loft are refusing to let people out of their lease even though the conditions are unlivable. There is a man next that is not healthy or mentally stable that has been living in his own urine, fesus, and trash. The smell has taken over the whole floor and especially #305. Kevin and Lauren Fairlie are the owners of this loft. My daughter moved in two months ago.
