Purchased a window and it seemed fine. Until I opened it to clean it and the side piece of the window seal come completely out upon closing. Snapped back in but doesn't stay... have to manipulate it to stay in place. Now with the recent cold snap we have had here in the northeast, you can see all the condensation on the window where it leaks. The prices for the window is very good the people are very good there they help you out
Bought entry and storm door Jayme and Nuno were extremely helpful and customer service was fantastic. They took there time to walk us through our options and put quotes different configurations. Pricing is reasonable. It is good to support local business. Will definitely come back to buy from them again.
