The deceptive pricing by other companies is absolutely insane out there right now! Quotes on inflated prices only to balk when you say no and only then do they offer "huge" discounts to get you to sign? Good grief! James fixed a leak in a complicated, difficult to access combination window/skylight for me. I had been trying to find someone willing and able to repair the leak for weeks, and James drove out same day. He is clearly very experienced and an expert on windows. He is also very honest, straightforward, and helpful. He suggested cheaper fixes rather than immediately pushing to simply replace the entire window. I will definitely be contacting James for all my future window replacements.
So happy the glass place in downtown Puyallup never called me back., Windows and Glass were very happy to help me. Small job but they were prompt, efficient and reasonable. Returned my call right away. Will not hesitate to call them again.
