Window's Etc. - Incompetent! We had a patio slider and a new front door put in by Window's Etc. We spent close to $10,000. The work was done by the owner and a couple of other guys. The back slider's handles ended up being uneven, the molding cracked, the weather stripping ended up falling off THREE times and the locking system up top was botched. This window company has really good workers. They are all highly skilled and trained installers. The company has been family owned and operated for the last 30 years. They will give free estimates which is really nice. The prices are a little on the high side, but their work is really good. And it is really easy to talk with the installers, they are all really nice.
Slow customer service and much more expensive Tried to get an estimate from Windows Etc and they took 5 weeks to get back to me. By that time I had already chosen Door and Window Plus 626-399-1569 Door and Window Plus came out to my house and gave me an estimate on my windows that same day. No games. Just a good presentation and good price. Funny thing was that the Windows Etc estimate for the same exact windows was thousands more than Door and Window Plus. Windows Etc's customer service sucks.
