This company replaced all 11 windows in our home. Overall, the process went very smoothly. They communicated the timeframe to get the windows in and once windows were received installation was scheduled within the next week. The installation team was prompt, completed the job within the same day and cleaned everything up. The windows look great, and I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.
Vlad was a follow up for a quote we got from another representative. And was so personable and great at answering questions and giving us different options. We didn't feel pressured and felt like we got a straight forward quote. Windows were installed in one day and we will likely use this company for other repairs, roof and possible gutter inspection in the future!
I hired This company to replace two windows in the front of my house. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and informative. They kept me posted on the timeline, as things were a bit off due to supply chain issues, and when install time came, I couldn't have been more pleased. Will definitely use them again if I need more windows and recommend them to others.
Alex was an excellent representative to work with. We are still waiting to have our door installed, but he was so informative through the decision and ordering process. He was respectful in our home and pleasant to work with. He remains available to answer any questions I have and stays in touch with me through the installment process. Until I receive my door I can at least say that this company has excellent customer service and I hope everyone has a Alex in there life when working with sales.
Andrew walked us through the installation and it came out wonderful. Installation was a bit crazy but the windows are great, keeps the warmth in and the coldness out. Love our french door! Happy with the quality of the windows.
