The installer for Windows Direct USA , Tracy, did a great job installing my four windows on Tuesday, Sept.23rd, 2025. He arrived during the time frame given. He was very personable and very knowledgeable about the window industry. He also did a great job with the post-job clean up as lots of debris was outdoors on the ground. Before he left, he gave me a quick tutorial about how to open and clean my new windows. The windows also have inner screens at the bottom where I can let in some fresh air on occasion.
