The guys who installed Windows for us in Dayton KY did a fantastic job. It was so hot I felt sorry for them. They did a wonderful job. They were polite and worked without complaining. They cleaned up and took all the old windows, mess etc. A job well done.
If I could rent a billboard in all capital letters and warn people to stay away, I would. They’ve nice workers I give them that, however the unprofessionalism is mind boggling. We had windows installed 3 years ago, at the time several of the windows had scratches, missing paint and poor construction. We addressed this with them, and the owner said that’s how they come. They gave me touch up paint. We still requested for the windows to be replaced, they wouldn’t replace them all. It took us going to the better business bureau... read more
