HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. In the process of filing a complaint with BBB this place should be closed!! Completely disgusting how you allow your employees to speak to your customers at that not even speak but over email! The sense of entitlement that was shown you should be ashamed! GREAT PRICES AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, ALSO YOU COULD ASK THEM TO BUILD YOU OR HAVE IT MADE TO YOUR LIKING, WINDOWS DOUBLE HUNG, SLIDE WINDOWS, BAY WINDOWS, GARDEN WINDOWS YOU NAME IT THEY WILL HAVE IT. SO GO AND TRY IT DOESN'T HURT I GUARANTEE YOU WILL LEAVE VERY HAPPY. GO AND CHECK IT OUT.

nightmare service poor quality windows seal failures seal failures and more seal failures. No resolution but lots of "we will call you back" Stay away from these guys... RJ
