Purchased two doublehung windows in May. Was told it would take about 10 days to get them in. They were finally installed the end of June. They were not installed properly or one was broken because it would not open. It took from the end of June until the first week of August to get Jerico to fix the problem. The windows now function properly and look good, but I would not use Jerico again! It should not take almost 3 months to get two small windows that work!
