What an amazing experience from start to finish! These guys are true professionals and every person that I dealt with from the sales person Matt to the owner Matt to the Warehouse Manager Chris to the builder Stewart who installs the windows were all amazing to deal with and most importantly the quality of the windows are superb! I did my research for over 2 years so this decision wasn’t made lightly. Will update my post with photos once I have finishing touches complete.

We had a great experience with WBD. They were well priced, Matt’s attention to detail measuring up with our raked windows and suggesting other small detail so that the window finishes were a real feature of the house. The production team were also very accommodating.
We replaced all our windows and a giant sliding door with black trimmed double glazing. Windows by Design's quote was competitive and when we visited the showroom we liked the suggestions so went with them. It was a long process due to lockdowns but the staff kept us informed every time things needed rescheduling. There was a challenge with a third party and WBD were great with untangling and putting us first as customers. We are very, very happy with the quality and appearance of our new windows and would use WBD again.
Had a very positive experience with Windows by Design. Matt was punctual, and very professional organising the repair and maintenance of my bi-fold doors. Did a fantastic job. I would recommend to anyone.
