Advice to everyone. Don't go with this company if you have a small job. Zero professionalism. I had placed 09/22/2023 in person with Salem - glass replacement in a window sash that I had taken to the shop. I had paid half the price ($167). I was promised the glass will be available and will be fixed by the following Thursday. Now it has more than three weeks with no progress (or response from Salem last 5 days) although I have reached his staff multiple times.
