I had a frustrating and disappointing experience with WindowRama. I placed a small order — three windows, two of which were the same model. The two windows were supposed to be ready for pick up within 2-3 days and six weeks for the other window. A week went by, I didn’t hear anything, so I called to follow up and was told that my order was cancelled (I didn’t cancel the order and the salesman didn’t have an explanation). I purchased replacement windows, two sliding doors, and a front door from Shaheed. He brought knowledge and valuable insight to the selection process. There were many checks and balances in place to ensure we ordered the correct product for our space. I cannot speak to the quality of the product since we’re in the process of installation, but so far so good!
Don't order from them. Their "computer" split our order into two separate designs patterns. No way for customer to understand internal coding that made the 1/2 the order different. We held back 28k out a 160k order and they said they would remedy it if we released another 14k. Their remedy was handsaws and a few pieces double sided tape to change the grid pattern on the windows and doors they improperly ordered. NOW they won't honor their service agreement.
