Great customer service; on time and in touch. The installer encountered a number of unexpected difficulties (it’s an old house) but spent a full extra day to make sure the end result was just perfect. And it is!

Scheduled an appointment in the Hartsdale location for window replacement. The representative never showed up up or called. I called the office to get a status, left a message and never received a call back. This business is poorly run.

We were interested in buying a new front door. We had an idea of what we wanted and Paul Beuti from the Hartsdale store showed us some options, including reeded glass slats in the door, instead of what we thought would be regular glass. He introduced us to a keycode front door lock mechanism where we could use either a code, fingerprint or key to open the door, which we decided we really needed since my husband doesn’t always have the front door keys.
