They are useless! You're better off with Home Depot!
This is easily the best place I have ever been to look at windows. Zack Kelly is a second generation expert and has a keen knowledge of all the available options. He was friendly, good at listening, understanding and responding to our needs and budget. I highly recommend this place.
Don't order from them. Their "computer" split our order into two separate designs patterns. No way for customer to understand internal coding that made the 1/2 the order different. We held back 28k out a 160k order and they said they would remedy it if we released another 14k. Their remedy was handsaws and a few pieces double sided tape to change the grid pattern on the windows and doors they improperly ordered. NOW they won't honor their service agreement.
