I purchased a patio door less than a month ago. My contractor picked it up and stored it in my home. The boxes were fine, so he signed the paperwork. A few weeks later but less than a month later, he installed the door and when he opened the screen door box, he noted a small scratch on the screen door. He installed it but notified me. I just finished speaking with the Mount Kisko staff and they are telling me that the only remedy I have is for them to send me some touch up paint and if that doesn't work, I would have to purc... read more

I bought my windows and doors here years ago. Recently, with wear & tear, a piece of door hardware broke. I called them, and, without batting an eye, they were able to replace the part and give me precise instructions on how to repair the hardware. Very responsive and super helpful, saving me me the hassle and cost of having to call a repairman.

I recently needed service to a Jeld Wen entry door and had brought this to the attention of my salesman. He immediately contacted the Window Rama customer service group and they had Brosco, the supplier that finished the firer-glass door for Jeld Wen, and within 3 weeks the dorr was refinished in place. Thank you for making my 1 year old entry door like new again.
