This company works with a shady salesman named Mark Hochdorffer/owner and his partner in crime Joseph Sarcone/Sr manager at the WINDOWRAMA {INTSTALLATION SERVICES INC, in Fairfield,N.J Mark wrote up the contact of all 20 windows, ON mARCH 28 2024, but only ordered 8, took my cashiers check and cashed it that day for 10k. WORST SERVICE ATTITUDE EVER!!! So cocky and arrogant. We were asking for estimate for the house we're gonna buy. You don't have to yell at us and tell us to shut up. I have not seen such a store who can yell at customer by trying to get estimate. Don't go unless you think you can take this kind of attitude!

We purchased a new front door and it was an easy process and had a terrific outcome/ The door was installed in four hours in the correct way which is why we needed a new door.
