I highly recommend Windowrama. Allie is on the customer service team. She has been diligent, helpful and knowledgeable. I had an issue with a hairline crack on my portrait window. She facilitated warranty with United and followed through with the entire process. Allie is an asset to Windowrama and I truly thank her for her expertise.

I had a very reasonable written estimate provided to me from Windowrama in Franklin Square in July for a door and a storm door combination in Lynbrook. The next day, the salesman called and said that he made an error and the price was now 64% higher. This was NOT put in writing. Phone calls to the regional sales manager were not returned. I am filing complaints with Nassau County Consumer Affairs Office the NYS Attorney General. I would strongly recommend that you shop elsewhere.
Jeff Chaplar…thank you to Jeff and the windowrama crew! The workmen were so nice and extremely neat, clean and organized. They installed a beautiful new front door effortlessly. Windowrama is top notch, I can’t recommend them enough!!
