I was very impressed with the attention and service thst I received from Bob on the telephone when I inquired about replacing a thumb latch on my Anderson sliding door. Within minutes of my emailing him phots of the part I needed he helped me place order and it was ready for pickup at the store on the day promised. Kind, competent service like that is difficult to find these days.
I visited Windowrama In Nanuet, NY for windows for my house and a door. Bob Goldstein very graciously helped me. I am very new to this project with zero knowledge about windows and doors. He explained in detail all the different options available and did not rush me into making any decisions. In fact he gave me catalogs and marked what I should review and discuss with my architect.
