Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. We've worked with WindowRama a couple of times, and they have always done a great job of helping us find the windows, parts, and information that we need. We will definitely be calling them again!
In April 2022 we had the windows and patio door replaced in our family room. The patio door was difficult to lock. I called for service and it was prompt and helpful. It did not completely fix the problem so I called a year later and again a service man came and replaced the hinges on the door thinking that might solve the problem. It improved it, but it still was not locking easily. I called again this past December and a service man came out to look at the door and said that everything that had been done had been helpful, ... read more
horrible company, overpriced. inside salespeople have a holier than thou attitude. I guess they forgot that they aren't the only company to buy window and door products from. steer clear form these people. you get better service from home depot which is laughable. their edgewood inside salespeople are the worst of all of their locations.
