Update - I'm now 4 months into this process and received the wrong size screens, which I flagged 5 days ago and have followed up four subsequent times to no avail. Supposedly the right screens are going to take ANOTHER 4 weeks. DO NOT go here - no one I speak to is able to take initiative and fix things. They haven't offered to cover any of their mistakes. Dan Kocan was great. He is fast and clear.
Horrendous customer service. Shaheed the sales rep placed an order 7 weeks ago for hardware and screens and I still have no idea how or when im getting it. He moved locations and did not notify me or hand me off to anyone. Now he has an auto reply that he’s out of office with the wrong dates on it and no cover person. I already paid too which seems very sketchy. When I called Stamford to try and resolve this the rep rushed me off the phone. Will not be returning here.
The sales team was fantastic. Although they gave us a lot of time, we didn't move forward with the project for personal reasons. I would highly recommend them for their professionalism.
