We booked a inspection/quote from WindowLine and after serveral weeks and several calls finally the sales rep turned up for an inspection in early December. He was great in explaining the process and said he wouild have a quote to us in a few weeks. I contacted the rep several times over the following weeks and was told the quote would be emailed soon. We are still waiting six weeks later. We gave up and went with another company.
Thank you Windowline for a great job replacing all sliders on 3 balconies, 2 wind barriers with special windows and components plus 2 fixed windows in my high rise apartment. It was a frustrating process for all concerned due to strict Body Corp Bylaws and working hours. The new windows throughout have made such a difference. Special thanks to Harry, Russell and Shane who kept me well informed throughout the process.
As a builder I used Windowline twice on my project in Surfers Aquarius. Always professional, clean and focused on a problem solving. Highly recommend
