The sheer incompetence of trying to book a new front door with frame AND storm install was so absurd I cancelled the job. Did nothing but wasted my time with this company. Don't recommend.
They are a top notch company. Had 22 windows done at our home. Highly recommend this company
Writing this for my mother; she went through Lowe's, this is who was contracted. First they cancelled her order late, which she had already taken the day off of work for. Then the install was incorrect, measured wrong and there is about a half inch gap above the door. The installer may not have had the correct order as my mother had to show him/tell him that there was a part of the door that was missing that she paid for. There’s a reason why we call them Windowshits. If they aren’t writing the wrong measurement down, they’re damaging whatever you bought to have installed And then shrug their shoulder while they drive off. They’re the team that’s supposed to be onsite to SEE and evaluate the projects. Instead they come in, take one measurement and submit that. Then you wait months for the door or window to come in. I could not be more satisfied and happy with WindowFits and the professional installation of my new vinyl replacement windows. The entire experience/process from the Sales representative to the quality installation was seamless. Kudos to Ryan and Omar, the installers, who did a great and quality job with installation and cleanup. They were sensitive and courteous and provided great customer service as they navigated in, out and around my house and yard. The finished product is beautiful.
