This review is more so for thie customer service so far. This company was contracted by Lowes to install our french doors and patio sliding doors. Today is installation day and come to find out the technician called in sick so we now have to be rescheduled out another two weeks after a long two month wait. The scheduler was not sympathetic and their customer service completely sucks for this. Hopefully they do a better job on the actual install.
This was one of the easiest companies I've ever worked with. They installed a new patio slider .
The sheer incompetence of trying to book a new front door with frame AND storm install was so absurd I cancelled the job. Did nothing but wasted my time with this company. Don't recommend.
They are a top notch company. Had 22 windows done at our home. Highly recommend this company
Writing this for my mother; she went through Lowe's, this is who was contracted. First they cancelled her order late, which she had already taken the day off of work for. Then the install was incorrect, measured wrong and there is about a half inch gap above the door. The installer may not have had the correct order as my mother had to show him/tell him that there was a part of the door that was missing that she paid for.
