I have very expensive Pella windows, and when one of them got a cracked seal, I called Pella first. They said they couldn't repair it, only replace it. Fortunately, someone recommended Window Worx. They not only fixed it properly, they did it for only $510 - a fraction of what a new window would have cost. I will definitely call them first for any window work that I may need in the future.
