Old windows were broken out and new ones inserted without flashing/taping (waterproofing, look it up: proper installation requires waterproofing the new windows). Instead of properly taping/sealing this company uses expanding spray foam. My new windows have not passed inspection. Thanks a lot, Window World. Crew came out was on time, very courteous and professional. Cleaned afterwards and gave detailed information. I was very impressed with them and the windows have made a huge difference in my home. I highly recommend this company. Great experience. Crew that came out are five star in my book. I am very pleased with the work done.

Extremely pleased with new windows on front of house as well as Hody—installer. New windows sold to us by Jim and he was so helpful in choosing the type of window to meet our needs—repeal heat and UV. Love the quality of the light—only need to close drapes on west side at night for privacy.
I was pleasantly surprised Window World would come out to Carrizo Springs, Texas, 100 miles away. I received a positive recommendation from my daughter on the installation of their windows. The job was done in a few hours in one day, which appealed to me. The young man they sent out was knowledgeable and thorough even though I was sold when he walked in the door.
