We had Paige come out to provide a quote for a few new windows at our home in New Braunfels, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. She provided a competitive quote, communicated clearly throughout the process, and never came across as pushy like many of the other salespeople we met with. On top of that, she was incredibly kind and patient with our wrecking-ball toddler. We’ll definitely be using Window World again in the future for our second property!

Easy, quick, affordable, and friendly
Had 5 windows done. This started because my daughter's window was leaking. We get in the windows and with every storm, the new window leaks as well. I am told this is normal, that the windows they put in are made to leak into the house. Why wouldn't the sales person have told me this. My daughter has expensive collectable around the window that can be destroyed by water, hence we moved to replace the window. I was going to have the remaining 13 done this year, won't be by window world.
