Horrible experience, the man gentleman who came to give us our quote put in wong info about our bathroom window. We asked for all windows to be the same just new. the bathroom was obstructed so you couldn't see thru it. I assumed that's what they ordered. It was not. Then the day of installation we were guaranteed by 8am to start. didn't show up to 10:45. The inspector came and left said he'd return later to check framing he couldn't wait all day. upon the guys finally showing up I asked that they keep the area from my back ... read more

We recently got 2 quotes for 8 replacement windows. Window World was much less expensive and my second quote construction guy said, "Go with Window World. They do a good job. I'll do your deck and siding repairs." The two worked side-by-side, joking with each other and complimenting each other's skill and workmanship. My windows meet all the most recent standards as verified by my city building inspector. And they were very affordable. I love my new windows.

I just had Window World install three windows. Without asking, they matched the look of our other windows, put in a good quality amount of insulation around the windows, took great care to cover things, and cleaned up well afterwards. (Most companies I've hired always leave a mess behind. WW didn't). I'm very impressed. I'll definitely hire them again.
