Window World installed my windows in November 2023. Since the installation, I have had to call them out to my house twice. The first time they came out in November the window in one of my bedrooms was not closed and locked, causing a cold draft to come into the bedroom. A contractor came out and fixed this problem. After Christmas, I called and texted and couldnt get a response. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! It took 161 day to get a window replaced that had lost the seal. Had to go in person to speak to someone about why my window had not been ordered. I was told I had to many service calls??? Was told on 2.27.2023 that my window would be ordered. Called back on 5.5.2023 and sorry but window had not been ordered. Was told they would order be placed. On 7.11.2023 went to the office and was told again the window had not been ordered because of too many service calls. Excellent product...terrible customer service! I would never use this business again.Long and short, when I called to address some post install issues, the manager did not return my call; rather, the receptionist left a voicemail to inform me they weren't going to do anything to address those issues. When I tried to contact the manager back to let them know that was unsatisfactory, again...no response. It's been over 6 months since signing contract. Their communication and lack of honesty is disturbing at best. They finally came out to install two weeks ago but discovered that the people sent to do measurements made a huge mistake and measured for just windows instead of complete enclosure. We've had to reschedule everything because of their lies and non-communication. I reached out to them again today to see what was going on but no results. The windows that were the sample are not the windows I received. I've reached out months ago and even wrote a letter to corporate, no one cares I've been waiting months for someone to come out to fix my windows, still waiting on a phone call back. Terrible choice of windows, I wish I could get my old windows back... No two windows are a like, everyone is different.. thoroughly discussed with them..

I have nothing but great things to say about the window installers. Went in to pay the balance on my bill with cash and from the time that cash was given and counted by front office staff and $$ confirmed and taken to an office a $**** was missing. After reviewing on camera's in the office the owner basically stated that everyone makes mistakes. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!!

This company is the absolutely the worst at communicating, with there customers, once they have you locked into a contract.for work to be performed. Prior to signing the contract communication was great. They will not return calls even after reaching out to their corporate office. The only thing their corporate office will tell you is that they are and independent franchise, but they will contact them regarding the issue though. Too many excuses. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have used Window World product in three different homes in Montgomery and Tupelo, MS. At one time they were the best. We have one problem and its has taken a month to repair them. Someone died, some sick with flu, didn't have the right parts, it was supposed to rain. We missed having thanksgiving at our house and now looks like Christmas will not be happen either, We've canceled a Christmas party, we can't decorate. The waiting is so extremely frustrating whether it is a response to a phone call or the follow up to an order or a signed contract. . :(
