I was so nervous getting the windows in my trailer, but all I can say is WOW what a difference they have made. They look so beautiful and they did such a professional job!!!!!!! I’ve had all of my windows (9 windows) done by Window World and I could not be happier, from the quality of the windows, the installer and his team (Lucio Delgadillo) to the project manager, Randy, that listened to and honored my requests and concerns. The initial consultation was simple and easy to understand. Gabe Cortez was very accommodating to the vision I had in mind. The crew was punctual, professional, and took really good care of my home. My home is an older home build 35 years ago I bought it 13 years ago and I have wanted new windows for at least 8 years... Window World, Kevin, showed me patiently what could be done worked out phases in which we could the whole project and finally 9 months later I have my new windows. The installation process was 1 day (9 windows) their communication and updates for my project was always on time they didn't miss a beat...I recommend Window World team 100%.
Great experience start to finish! Installed our windows 2weeks ahead of schedule. The window world team is definitely to knotch.
