Long story short because I can literally write a couple of pages about my experience with window world. I ordered a window and sales rep told me I would get discount for flyer in my yard and my bro next door (who got some windows installed) will get a $50.00 referral check. Counting that in I decided to go with window world. 1. Had windows installed in December of 2010.....I can't believe the difference in comfort and how much more quite it is in my house since having these windows installed. The guys that were sent to install the windows were great, they were very careful and did a great job. I wish we had done this years ago. You can't go wrong with Pat and his staff........Thanks for a great job and a great product. Dennis and Debbie
