The product and service provided by Window World was excellent. The three person team was fantastic. They installed 31 windows in a single day and left no mess. The team leader 'Noel' and his two assistants provided outstanding service. Windows, both inside and outside look great. This was one of the best home improvement experiences I have had! From the very beginning with Brandon Corwin, the salesperson, to the team who came to install...they were professional, courteous and very efficient. 9 windows were installed in less than a day and they are beautiful!! The best part is the cost! We got $$$ back because sill replacement was estimated in but did not need to be done, so that was $$$ back in my pocket. Window World was prompt and helpful replacing my soffit that was damaged! Angel Cruz the production manager was the lead and he was extremely helpful! I appreciate his willingness to come out and fix on short notice!
Today Angel and his crew brought a very special touch and appearance to our "Elks Lodge on North Kent Street, Winchester". Angel is very respectful to his crew and knowledge of their job. He along side them keeping involved with every window installed. When we are ready to continue our renovation or part two we want the same crew to make the rest of the building look great..Angel Great Install!!!
Jaime and the team did an excellent job today. They took apart everything and clean up perfectly. They even filled a few of the windows with foam that could not take caulk. I would recommend that team for other homes
