Window world (of Waco) representative created multiples of our quote/order form (that we weren’t aware of). They ordered the wrong color and will not make it right. I even had to walk the rep up to my other windows to show him we needed to order almond (not white). He held up the color swatch and admitted I was correct on the almond color.
