Window world (of Waco) representative created multiples of our quote/order form (that we weren’t aware of). They ordered the wrong color and will not make it right. I even had to walk the rep up to my other windows to show him we needed to order almond (not white). He held up the color swatch and admitted I was correct on the almond color. Unprofessional company with unprofessional people working especially Keith. I wouldn’t do business with them if they were the last place on earth to install windows.
NOT Very Good Professional Services!
Some of our windows were measured wrong at the very beginning. They were installed in July 2021. The salesman was talking to the installer, the installer had him on speaker phone and I heard the salesman say my husband thinks he better than everyone else because he wanted the windows in stalled correctly(salesman called him a few curse words). Not happy. Can’t open 2 windows very easily. One window can’t open unless I stand on a ladder and release the latches and fold it out to get it started. Several boards broken and gaps left. 2 screens have bad latches. I reported it and I still haven’t heard a thing back. There was supposed to be someone come by when they did my neighbor house. That didn’t happen either.

Shane & his trusty assistant are truly gifted craftsmen who didn't cut any corners in installing 23 windows--Steady workers who were meticulous in their work. Very impressive! We're 100 % pleased customers!
How could you improve? 1. order the correct windows, 2. show up when you say that you will, 3. install the correct windows and screens as ordered, 4. be honest with your customers. I do not recommend Window World! Beware!
