Hello Window World after the job you did at my 75 year old mothers home and no one will respond to the calls from her! I bet you know what this word means LAWYER !! What a disgrace of a company talking advantage of the elderly, I seriously don’t know how your still in business ? Oh I know how because you take peoples money and don’t finish the job!! DO NOT USE this company. My 80 yr old parents are still trying top get their windows installed correctly. There a three of them that will not lock, will not operate as designed for cleaning, and are not level.
We have dealt with Window World on both of our properties in Florida. We got windows installed and the inspection failed as the inspector found wrong size screws were installed and we found out the screens had gaps in them so bugs get in the house. Tons of calls and also calls to David but his phone calls go to voice mail and today it just goes no where. I am happy with the sales person, the installers and the windows overall. However, one of my windows was manufactured incorrectly and I was told that it would be replaced in 3 weeks. After a month, I called (multiple times over the last week) and have not gotten a call back. Also, I have added a referral on my paperwork and the the person has not received it.
