This company is totally pathetic,,,,,For 3 little windows, took them 8 months to get them install half ASS! Blamed manufacturer they measured wrong on 1 window, blamed manufacturer that the blue tint was not put on.......Blamed manufacturer ************ not being done right........blamed manufacturer because 1 window was cracked..........NEVER NEVER use this WINDOW WORLD again.........****** H must be a relative given such great review..even the workers were blamed they didn't do it right.......***** the owner is a terrible ... read more

Wish I could select zero stars. We had our window pane replaced just about a year ago. First they measured incorrectly, so it took more than twice as long to get in. But they must have still not measured well and had a really difficult time getting the window to fit. Well they must have broken a seal and now we have condensation in between the pane. They won’t replace it. Oh they’ll give us a minor discount to replace. This is beyond crappy service. They really jacked up our flashing to force it in. In my opinion, they shoul... read more

I could not be happier with Window World! Chris comes out when we call. He is always on time, pleasant and does a fantastic job. It is so great when you can count on honesty, reliability, great workmanship, and terrific product. I would recommend Window World to anyone.

Do not buy products from this company. They are the absolute worst in follow-up customer service. I'm 66 years old and I have never engaged with a company that has worse customer service, particularly followup to installation problems. They have lied, stonewalled, and ignored us. During the initial meeting their representative assured us that our security door could easily fit over a new door purchased from them (at a cost of $2400). That was the first lie. Love this business! We have purchased windows from four window installation companies in Tucson. There was always something that disappointed us, except with Window World. Don't believe the hype when a salesman tells you their windows are superior. One company charges outrageous prices for their windows that take up way too much space on the inside of the window frames making it impossible to hang window treatments inside the window frames. We have had 16 windows replaced over the past two years, and we are very happy with Window World of Tucson. We began with windows that have a flange and finished up with front windows that are flush mount. Their stucco repair guy, ******* did an excellent job. Their windows truly are simply the best for less!
