They DO NOT stand behind their products or their installations. They're so called "lifetime warranty" is a joke. We had new windows and doors installed in two homes at the same time and they have not once been back out to address damage or problems we've reported to them. BUYER BEWARE and find someone else to use. This is a common complaint on their social media page so we aren't the only ones.

We have had our windows since 2007 and they still look and operate just like they did when they were first installed. Thanks Window World.

My wife and I built a vacation home on Beaver Lake and chose Window World of the Ozarks because we had used them in the past and had a great experience. The owner, Anton, introduced us to Window World's 12 foot sliding glass doors that would provide a great view of the lake that could be enjoyed from the living room and kitchen. My experience with Window World of the Ozarks was with the construction of a new home in Greenwood, AR. I loved the many options I had in design, color, function, etc. For the back of my home, I chose the crank out windows because of their unique design. Window World crafted transom windows to place over them to enhance the unique design. We absolutely love them!!
