Brian’s crew: Brian, his daughter and son installed 16 windows in our rental duplex units recently. Every window looks so shiny and fits smoothly. All 16 windows were perfectly installed! Thank you Brian and your two children. You taught them how to follow your skill trades and set good examples for them.
Over the years, two different sets of windows were installed at our home. One by Window World , one by another company. We were having trouble with keeping the windows up . When the technician came from Window World to fix the windows they were not the ones from Window World. Kanliga was generous enough to show us what needed to be done and went out of his way to inspect all the windows Even those that were not from Window World! A1 customer service and quality product!

My wife took the window out to clean and it broke off at the end where it sits in the sash. Window world were quick to respond and sent one of their service technicians Kawliga to fix it. He was very polite knowledgeable. He had the problem fixed and back in within 10 minutes. Keith
