We had window world windows on our first house and they were great. so we called them again for this house and wow has their quality dropped off. First of all i was fine with the initial wait for the windows to be made . The issue started when 5 out of the 10 windows were made wrong at the factory and we had to wait an additional 9 days for them to be installed.
