Brian’s crew came out and replaced our windows and installed a sliding glass door. They did amazing, they’re like a well oiled machine, and friendly too. They worked very quickly and was meticulous about their work.
On a scale of 1-10, I give Brian’s crew a 15. After working in the window & glass business for 15+ years I know what good craftsmanship looks like. I have to say that the work was excellent. The entire crew were very professional and courteous

What a joke!! The recommended trim for the windows left large gaps and was installed half the way. The installer handed my workers a box of caulk and told them to finish it. The installer also put the slider in backwards. The sales person Kevin came out and looked at 2 windows. He returned to the office and told me the owner is not interested in fixing the problem or refunding the more than $900 for quarter round that didn’t even begin to trim out the windows as promised. We had our sunroom addition redone with new windows and framework so the room feels more like the rest of the home. Steve’s crew did a really good job making sure everything looked great and was structurally sound. Would definitely recommend them!
