Rich from Window World did a great job installing two windows in my house and was very professional. All the windows in my house are from Window World and I highly recommend them. Thank you Rich.
I had an issue with two of my windows which I purchased in 2017 from window world. They are under the life time warranty they came out checked them and ordered new ones. It took almost four weeks but they came in and they came back to install them ,but unfortunately one of the windows was not the right size so they had to reorder it. Now I am currently waiting for it to come in. But I love the fact that they are under a lifetime warranty as long as I own the house. Calvin
