So far my interactions with this company have left me disappointed. An estimator from Rochester was supposed to come to my home in Syracuse on a Friday afternoon. He rescheduled last minute twice and never showed up the third time. Calls to the Buffalo office have not been returned.
Recently had new replacement windows installed and I love them. Very affordable and great quality for the price. The installer (I do not remember his name) arrived at the stated time 8:30a and all 12 windows were installed by 12:30p. His partner cleaned up as each window was installed so there was no mess left behind. Would definitely recommend them.
We recently had about 33 windows replaced by Window World and couldn’t be happier. The team was fast, professional, and incredibly efficient—install only took two days (to do our whole house!) and the windows were delivered even earlier than expected. A few of our windows were expanded to larger sizes, and the finished result is stunning. Best part? The total cost was nearly 50% less than other quotes we received. Excellent value and top-tier service—highly recommend!

John was my technician who replaced the springs on one of my garage windows. He was extremely knowledgeable and very efficient. The whole job only took a half an hour. I would definitely recommend using John again as my technician for windows. He was great!
