Your response to me is nothing but based on lies. I have a video of the interaction, police were called and a report filed. Your manager is heard being verbally abusive screaming that I "will get nothing." Corporate gave me the name of the owner, Nick Morale, who will not call me back to address my concerns. Everyone we worked with was great, windows came in earlier than expected. Installers (A Level Above) were fast, experienced and so friendly- especially for being done in early February in a ton of snow. Overall fantastic experience, highly recommend.
Excellent job. Great price. Saved me 18k. Anderson ws 24k, WW was 6k and I feel the windows and sliding doors were better.
Had window measurements done for 2 whole apartments. We placed the order for both apartments and was told they would arrive in roughly 6 weeks. We called 6 weeks later to check on the status of the windows. The windows never got ordered. We did all the paperwork a second time called 2 weeks later just to follow up and confirm that the staff actually ordered the windows this time and the windows had still not been ordered 8 weeks and the order still had not even been placed. Salesperson is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain the process and any questions you might have. Honestly from the office staff was quite nice, and the installation crew was great. Awesome communication throughout the entire project. I recommend them for your window replacement.
