Replaced our +20 yr old single pane windows with Window World’s high impact resistant windows rated at the most demanding HVHZ level required in coastal South Florida. These are incredibly well built, solid windows. We went with single hung so we could clean them more easily, since they will swing in. WW met a competitor’s price for PGT windows and I like the design of WW’s better. Installation was clean and efficient. Two windows has minor mfgring flaws and WW replaced them readily. All in All Window World did a Good Job. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the few items that weren’t finished right away but were finished given time and in our case, about 4 weeks total. Don’t get me wrong, I liked the crews involved, including Steve and his crew, Cory is a top notch fixer and I think it was Mike but forgive me if it wasn’t but he came last and that was it. Great value and service!
