Excellent company from quote to installation. Great windows and warranty.
The experience was rife with disappointment. Every step of the way obstacles presented themselves and the absence of customer service magnified their impact. We made a deposit on 10/29/24. The window was installed on 4/2/25. (206 days) It started with incomplete instructions around the permitting process. Once that was straightened out the window was ordered but on backlog. We are very happy with our new windows. Daryl and Chris were very professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and it was a pleasure to have them in our home. I would highly recommend these windows to anyone. It certainly made a difference in the appearance of our home.
