My overall experience with window world was great. Chris the salesman was very friendly, and thorough. Josue' Alas install my windows, he explained to me how to work the windows, he was on time, and he cleaned up after he was finished. Excellent Job!!!
This was the second time using Window World. This time they replaced my front & storm doors. The crew was on time & installation was smooth. No issues. Josue and hs crew were professional and efficient.

Their contractor,Josue Alas arrived on time and was very Courteous and professional. He took time to explain all of my questions and made certain to clean up all old framing and debris. I would recommend him for any future window projects that I have in my home.
Great experience working with Henry Valle. He was very responsive and addressed every question we had. In addition, the installation was nothing less than superior. Josue' Alas was the ultimate professional and ensured our windows were installed properly. He showed up early and did a quality install. Will be using the company to install more windows and will definitely work with Henry and Josue' again.
