Do not buy from Window World of Southern Maine. They do not stand behind the quality products or workmanship. Lets start with the windows. I had First and third floor windows installed and decided to use them for vinyl siding for the house. At first the windows looked fine, but they failed to paint the trim and we had to paint it ourselves after thousands of dollars spent on the windows. The first winter we noted drafts coming through. Installers were great but communication from office terrible. Brought two wrong windows, should have corrected in a month. It was 4 months, 7 unanswered messages and we had to call corporate to get anyone to call us back! Would not use them again.
Window World of Southern Maine just installed three windows for us. One being a beautiful, giant, bay window. They showed up at 8 AM and done by 12:30 PM. Extremely professional and friendly. They were four installers until the big window was put in place and then two left to go to another job. Dylan Badger and Jordan Hammond stayed and did all the trim work and finishing touches. The installation was an abomination. Destroyed our newly painted porch deck due to providing no protection. Foot prints, hand prints and scratches every where. They even entered our house without permission.
