The sales person was prompt to the meet up where we went over pricing, etc. He was very knowledgeable of the product and informed me of ways to cut back in expenses. The installers worked miraculously and did a wonderful job of being on time to our appointment scheduled time and left our place very clean after the installation of windows!
Efficient and clean window replacement
My service rep Art G. Was very prompt and was able to take care of a warranty replacement issue i was having with my back slider door. He was very nice and respectful. Thank you
I called Window world to come out and take look at screen door. They were quick to respond and sent someone out to investigate issue. Art is the tech they sent out and may I say he is top tier. He was able to mitigate issue so quick and kind enough to explain cause and to prevent from happening again. I would highly suggest using window world and request Art solid gentlemen.
Had to have a couple doors fixed/adjusted. Was seamless. Alex was a perfectionist and very detailed oriented. Kind and informative. Highly recommend Window World for all your door and window needs. They have done both my properties replacing all windows and doors.
