I had a really frustrating experience with Window World and would not recommend them based on my experience. This was for a new sliding glass door with a doggie door cutout, and from the start, communication was an issue. The salesperson did not seem to listen carefully to what I was asking for, which ended up causing problems later on. I specifically ordered a 9x12 doggie door, but what was installed was a 9x12 cutout—meaning the actual doggie door is much smaller than what I requested. That was a major disappointment.
