I ordered my windows in November 2020 and they didn’t come until May 2021. No one would call me back or give me updates. They still have paint on the window glass and the screens I paid for were never delivered.
Excellent customer service. I had all windows in my house replaced by Window World about 14 years ago. The windows went in within a day and the service has been great since. I just had a repair done and the technician was VERY efficient and knew what he was doing. Rachel, the customer service person was very understanding and helpful. These days you don't find many companies so receptive to their customers. Window World is one who cares and gets the job done.
