Window World replaced 7 windows and 3 sliding glass doors for us. I would rate their installation team led by Miguel a 12 on a scale of 1-10. Professional, skilled, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, quick, efficient and fun! We dont have any more windows to replace or we’d hire them all over again!
The crew installed 9 windows and a patio door and cleaned up and gone in 4 hours. Can't say enough about their great work. Great company.
Got our windows done a few years ago, we’re trying to get a warranty replacement for a front window about 6 months now they came out one time and they ordered the wrong window, I haven’t had any updates since then I’ve called almost every month and no answers after they told me the window we have they don’t manufacture anymore ..
I had new windows installed (Surprise, AZ) by Window World and was very happy with the fit and install. However, about a year later the Arizona sun and heat caused those little plastic handles on the screen to become brittle and break. Now I cannot get the screens out to clean the inside of the windows. Window World says my only option is to be a complete set of new screens. Why would they use plastic in the first place IN ARIZONA? Not sure how to go about getting the screens out now without using a screw driver and bending ... read more
