We had windows installed this summer, a bedroom window has glue on both upper and lower windows and a huge goop of call on lower. supposed to be guaranteed replacement. after months of calls, they finally came with not upper and lower windows but just an oversized lower. Wouldn't fit, installer tried to cut to size. Uh NO. Took window back and promised to bring back both in two weeks, it's been nearly two months. We've called repeatedly. I called to order two small basement windows. After getting stood up once for an estimate, the salesman showed up a few days later. The contract said 6-8 weeks. He changed that to 10-12 weeks, but said it will probably be done way before that. Contract was signed 07-30-18. Being a small job, they'll get it early one evening. Never happened.
