Window World is the best. Doug, who was new on the job, was efficient and went above and beyond! We are so pleased and will use them in the future.
Doug, with service department, was both friendly and professional. He arrived and diagnosed the problem in a quick manner. Repair completed in a timely manner. Could not ask for better service.
Great experience, windows are great, they block heat from sun while giving light, great quality and easy operations of opening and closing a cleaning. They installed them in a few hours. Very satisfied with my purchase and experience
Well they had to order a part and I am still waiting. I can’t lock my house yet. I know the window is the wrong size and needs to be replaced. But we will keep having them come out and fix it until I can open and close it and lock it.
I’ve had nothing but problems since these windows were installed. They have been out multiple times, even had the manufacturer out. The installer puts little stickers in to block air and he told me that no windows will keep all the air out. The manufacturer comes out and takes all the sticky thing out and says they don’t need them. The installer comes back and puts the stickers back in!
