Worst window company to deal with. They have broke two windows and have rescheduled install now for the 4th time. one excuse after another!!
I had my windows installed yesterday and am extremely satisfied. The salesman that initially came out was no-pressure and was more like a friend sitting in my home discussing renovations. The windows came in earlier than expected which was wonderful. The two installers were extremely hard workers, polite and knowledgeable. They ran into an issue when installing my slider (house issue, not their fault) but they came up with a solution and handled it accordingly. Do you usually leave behind large shards of glass or was your recent customer of this Friday just unlucky. You did a job for the home of a dog rescue. Not only was it completely unprofessional but unsafe for the dogs. I have a pic of shards of glass in one of the dogs feet. Hope you don't find that acceptable. I don't!
Starting on September 26, 2016 I ordered 4 windows and 2 sliding door replacements. After the initial installation on November 3, 2016 we noticed several scratches on the sliding doors and side panels. After inspection they agreed to replace the ones with scratches. Here it is January 9, 2017 and they still haven't been replaced. When you call you either get voice mail or they say service department will call you back. Still waiting for a call back. Now it is March 2017 and still don't have the replacements.
