Stephen made the trip all the way to Hana to help me out. He was the best. The customer support I received from window world is second to none. I would happily recommend Window world to my family and friends.
Crew arrived on time. They were pleasant and after a brief introduction started work. I would check on them periodically but they had everything under control. Once the job was complete, they cleaned up any mess. I am very happy with the installation. The windows look great. It was then explained to me how the windows work as well as the guarantee. They were very professional and I would highly recommend them.
Alex’s team exhibited exceptional professionalism throughout the project. They provided comprehensive explanations, demonstrated resilience in adverse weather conditions, and maintained a high level of dedication. Liz and Mahina are VERY easy to work with. Both made me feel I had nothing to worry about and that my screen repairs would be taken care of. I am so glad I used Window World of Oahu install replacement windows and screens on my house.
Alex and Scot did a great job installing our new windows. Alex kept me updated on their work and addressed a few concerns. Very professional and great communication. Looking forward to working Window World for our next project. Also, thank you Alex and Scot of addressing that loose dog, the dog turned to be aggressive and was reported to Kauai Humane Society (Wednesday AM).
