This is the worst company I have ever worked with. We ordered 11 windows, a front door and a back patio door. The quality of the windows are great but the installation was horrible!! They got caulk all over the the trim around the window which in the kitchen is navy blue. I could have done a better job! We spent a lot of money but got crap workmanship! So far so bad! I had a great experience with the windiw world branch on TN, so I wanted to give these guys a shot. My personal experience, they are quick to sell horrible at follow through. Only after the paperwork was signed did they tell me there would be a 7 to 10 weekead time. I hung in there. They dont call with updates, so once you pay your money, you will have to call them repeatedly to find out what is happening? Horrible. Do not use. They make everything sound good when they are trying to get your business. We ordered windows and siding. A 3 to 4 month job took them 9 months. They still have not technically finished. Everything has been a hassle, and they do not communicate with their clients at all. We have always had to call them to get any info, and they just don’t call you back.
