Quoted 4-6 weeks for a door replacement and payed half upfront. After 8 weeks I called to get an update and was given the runaround and told I would get a call back which never came called a week or two later and same thing no call back. Called again (now over 12 weeks and finally get told the door was damaged and had to be remade (at least thats what I was told they blame the manufacturer) yet still no eta on when they are going to make good on the contract.
Darrin Kelly of Window World was very responsive to the replacement of one of my windows. For no reason, the window, which was over a year old at the time, cracked on the inside pane of the window. Darrin confirmed the opening the same day, ordered and had it replaced in approximately 3 weeks. Since they guaranty their windows, there was no charge. Our church had 13 windows replaced in our Educational wing and Window World did an excellent job. All windows were on the second floor of the building so not an easy job. The workers were all professional and worked tirelessly to complete the job in 3 days. The transformation is amazing! The job was cleaned up when completed and our building has never looked this good. These are new owners and they are doing a great job! Highly recommend!
I had 11 windows replaced. Dominic and Patrick were great very professional work tirelessly I felt very comfortable and Dominic showed me a problem he found and that he was able to fix it which made me feel very happy. I would highly recommend window World for all your needs
