Ordered a window. Paid 1/2 deposit ($382) brought the wrong window, now will not give me my money back or order another window. When I called and talked to the general manager, I was told that the salesperson showed me a brochure of the window (he did not), he came and measured my window, sat down and completed the order and left. I waited 6 weeks for the window and when they came to install it, it was white when all my other windows in my house are bronze. This window goes on an A-Frame house with a bank of (8) windows.
